Our dishes are balm for the soul
One of the best feelings on holiday is to sit down at the table, enjoy the intense flavours of the ingredients, and savour each dish put in front of you. Without the stress of work. Eating each bite consciously. Yes, that’s exactly what a holiday is for us. And, of course, this feeling of pleasure is heightened when the dishes have been prepared with love and are true odes to refinement.
And best of all? The meat all comes from our own farm. Bernhard looks after and cares for our animals with plenty of love and carries out the slaughtering himself. So we all can be sure that they have everything they need and we can then enjoy the delicacies with a clear conscience. The side dishes and salads also come from local producers and are always selected seasonally. We do all this so that the next generation still has as much of the Earth as we do.

Which one makes your heart beat skip a beat: typical Tyrolean delicacies or international creations? With us, you don’t have to decide: our kitchen team skilfully combines the best of both worlds of enjoyment and creates unique taste sensations. And for the whole family! We would be happy to prepare special children’s dishes for your little ones that will delight their tummies.
In winter, our gourmet dinner consists of a salad buffet, soup, starter, main course, and dessert while in summer, we offer the salad buffet, soup, main course, and dessert. Please note that our half board includes dinner on all days except Mondays. We do this to give our chefs and service team a break – and to give you the chance to discover many more culinary sides of Zillertal in the surrounding restaurants.
