General chalet information
The chalet is equipped for self-catering.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the chalet during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided in the chalet.
Following an induction, the wellness facilities may be used at any time. Any damage will be charged.
The host visits the chalet every day to check everything is in order and inspect the pool, sauna, and heating (takes place between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.), to answer guests’ general questions, or to provide them with assistance.
A deposit payment of 50% of the total price is required. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of arrival.
A security deposit of €1,000 will be charged on the day of arrival and will be deducted from the final invoice. €150 is charged for the final cleaning of the chalet.

Cancellation policy
up to 3 months before arrival – free cancellation possible
up to 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
up to 1 week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee
1 week or less before arrival – 100% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee is calculated based on the price quoted in the offer.
Damage
The costs of any damage caused to the chalet or facilities will be assumed by the renter and must be paid on the day of departure.
Any existing damage must be reported on the day of arrival.
If any damages are caused in the rental property, the renter must immediately inform the owner of this so that repairs can be carried out as soon as possible.
Damage caused by the renter must be reported immediately.
Damage that the renter has caused themselves must be paid for by the renter privately or through the renter’s liability insurance.
